Lily Diamond is a writer and editor whose work explores interdependence and care in the era of polycrisis. She is the author of two books spanning memoir, wellbeing, and personal growth, and works closely with individuals, organizations, and local governments to further projects concerning sovereignty and sustainability. She’s also the founder of Lilith Lit: Women Reading Women, a virtual book club and community.

Lily is the co-creator of What’s Your Story? alongside bestselling author and lifelong activist Rebecca Walker. Together they co-authored What’s Your Story?: A Journal for Everyday Evolution.

In the 2010s, Lily created internationally beloved blog Kale & Caramel. She authored of bestselling memoir-cookbook Kale & Caramel: Recipes for Body, Heart, and Table, celebrated as one of the top cookbooks of 2017 by the New York TimesThe IndependentCooking Light, mindbodygreen, and more.

Over the past fourteen years, Lily has cultivated an online readership of 75K+ readers across platforms. She publishes a monthly Substack newsletter, and her writing has appeared in VICE, Women’s Review of Books, the Huffington Post, Bon Appetit, Better Homes & Gardens, Refinery29, Spirituality & Health, EatingWell, and more.

As an editor, she has two decades of experience collaborating with writers, creators, and cultural change-makers to bring their ideas to life. Lily’s work is informed by two decades of study, certification, and teaching in meditation and psychosomatic practices. She is one of the creators of the Influencer Inclusion Rider.

She graduated magna cum laude, phi beta kappa from Yale University and lives on a farm in Maui, Hawai‘i, where she grew up.
